Call for Artists: Trash 2 Art 2013 to be held at Studio 18 in the Pines - December 3 - 28, 2013

Here at Trash 2 Treasure Creative Reuse Center - Fort Lauderdale we are busy prepping for our annual art event -- Trash 2 Art.  

What started out as an idea to simply raise a bit of operating capital and have some fun growing awareness for our scrappy organization quickly grew into what is now considered the premier re-purposed art show in South Florida. 

This year we're taking our show to Studio 18 in Pembroke Pines.  We'll be celebrating with our official opening in conjunction with their first Friday open house on December 6, 2013, from 7p - 9p. 

The complete exhibition will run from December 3 - December 28, 2013 at the facility at Studio 18 in the Pines, 1101 Poinciana Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33025.  For the third year, this will be a juried exhibition with cash prizes to the winners in professional, amateur, and student categories.

Intake for artists will be Saturday, November 30th, from 10am - 2pm and then again on Monday, December 2nd from 10am - 2pm.  Commit early by paying on-line and save $5 on the entrance fee. Adults commit to a Trash to Treasure membership and your entry is half price.
