TerraCycle 2012 Goal: 300,000

Broward College's TerraCycle is one of nation's best collection program.  TerraCycle pays for material collected.  Money from the program go towards the Michelle Lawless Scholarship Fund which supports female Environmental Science majors.

Last year the program collected more than 200,000 pieces.  In 2012, the goal is 300,000.  Trash to Treasure is a proud participant in the program.  You can drop off your items at T2T during regular business hours.

The New and Improved Trash to Treasure

Thanks to member Vanessa Bond for capturing our new look:

Intake is now at the rear

We spent many hours beginning on December 26.  Thanks to our many volunteers who came out to help.

We are now more organized.  More like a store.  We will now be more particular about what we take.

Kid's area

Check out our new kid's area.  We are one of the few reuse centers that allow children.  This is where imagination begins.
We will be featuring more of the things you love.

Is it too organized?
Our seasonal section.  Plus, we have a featured section for members only.

We are using these tubes to organize.  Please empty the contents into another container so they can be reused.

Here's what you need to know.

Our center is dependent of memberships.  Please help spread the word.  Coming this summer:  AIR CONDITIONING!
