Have you always wondered how professionals do the magic of getting the image on a t-shirt?
Our very own member, Veezie Bowden, self-made goddess of transforming Trash to Treasure, will show us how using just using a bunch of scrappy stuff from the Center. We actually got a cool donation of silk screen frames to get you started, but she will guide us thru the process, which is also uses the good ole' SUN instead of light boards like in the commercial process.
You take your screen home with you!
Bring a simple design idea that you can do in one color with which to learn. The workshop is $10 for members and $20 for non-members. ( Take a membership that day~u KNOW u want one~ and get the discounted rate.) Also bring the item you want to do your first printing on.
T2T staff will be making the 350.org Climate Action design in preparation for printing up our own clean, 2nd hand t-shirts and tanks for to promote 350.org day, OCT 24th, the event day.
