Mike's 5 Favorite Whole Foods Items

Whole Foods Fort Lauderdale 5% Day is July 28.  Five percent of sales goes to Trash to Treasure .  Please stop by.

Here are my 5 favorite Whole Foods Items.  Check them out on July 28!

From the Old Testament and the Koran, to your cardiologist, to hot vegan models, there are plenty of reasons not to eat pork.  Generally speaking, fake salad toppings are not one of them.  Frontier Bac'Uns are the best faux bacon bit on the market.  It's the brand that Whole Foods uses on their salad bar.

This isn't the Raisin Bran you grew up on.  Organic grains, evaporated cane juice, and flax seed oil make it extra wholesome.  No other Raisin Bran on the market has the Omega 3 and Omega 6 that this one does.  Lots of raisins too.

Jason Natural Fragrance Free Deodorant Stick

Nothing but protection:  No aluminum, no fragrance.  Just Green Tea Extract, Sage, Vitamin E, and Aloe Vera.  Works even at Trash to Treasure on a hot day.

Each carton of eggs comes with a newsletter about the happenings on the farm!  This is a farm with charm.

Free range chickens with sunlit barns and porches eat organic ingredients to give you 310 mg of Omega 3 per egg. The eggs also contain 17mdg of Selenium, 650 mcg Lutein  and 160 mg of Choline.

Yes, you can taste the difference.  And yes, worth the price.

Country Hen eggs are also available at Publix.
