New South Florida recycling program lets you toss out paper with the plastic

"One thing South Floridians know how to produce is garbage.

So that we're not buried under our own plastic water bottles, soup cans, used diapers and other domestic detritus, Florida's government has set an ambitious goal: By 2020, 75 percent of the trash coming out of homes statewide must be recycled.
